About Tracy

Tracy graduated from Victoria University, Wellington New Zealand in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts.  Tracy then worked in legal firms in London for a few years before admission as a solicitor in NSW and in New Zealand in 2001. Whilst practicing in Auckland and then Wellington, New Zealand, Tracy’s focus was in the areas of family law, employment law, civil litigation and crime.

In 2004 Tracy moved to regional NSW working in a national firm for a few years before establishing her own practice in 2007, which she operated until commencing practice at the Bar in 2015.

Tracy’s practice as a solicitor in more recent times has been predominately in family law where she attained specialist accreditation (including as independent children’s lawyer) but also has included estate litigation, estate planning, and care and protection litigation (predominately acting for Department of Family and Community Services).

Tracy is also a LEADR trained mediator, has held various professional appointments including President of the Mid North Coast Law Society, Steering Committee member of the Mid North Coast Family Law Pathways Network, Regional Committee Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council and legal member for the Psychology Council NSW.
