Areas of practice

Stefan specialises in industrial, employment and workers’ compensation law. His expertise includes cases concerning conditions of employment, enterprise bargaining and industrial action, dismissals, rights of registered organisations, contracts of employment and injured employees.

Stefan can help with all types of legal matters regarding industrial, union and employment-related disputes, discrimination, contract law, the Fair Work Act and Workplace Health and Safety however he does not confine himself to these areas of law and is keen to expand his practice to other civil, administrative and criminal jurisdictions.
